Our Anatomy

The Best Best Anatomy Chart I Found Online During My Research

In order to learn your body you must have tools. As if you where a mechanical engineer you must learn how to use your tools.

Every single muscle on the body is a separate unique tool which should be individually learned as well as individually strengthened.

I will give an example of a muscle which is vital for the body yet overlooked at every gym I a have gone to.
The neck which here is shown how I fist tried to learn it is important for an overlooked fact; the jugular vein pumps blood towards the brain. looking at many bodybuilders one will see that the bigger the muscles the bigger the veins, the bigger the veins the more blood that is pumped. Whether one works out to get beefy, buff, thin, whichever reason does not outway the gain of improving your neck muscles.

Odd thing right, well by improving this muscle you will have more blood flow to our head which will eventually make you sharper, quicker to think, takes care of any cloudiness you may be feeling.

I used my own resources to learn the neck in a much friendlier way.

Omohyoid
The muscles to learn here are the Sternocleidomastoid, Omohyoid, and Sternohyoid

The workout I found that was the best is one that any wrestler would know as the reason they can be dropped on their head and they don't break their neck.

I have provided the link I used to beef up my neck and it is guaranteed to change your life.
